Pilates inspired. Cardio infused.

After months of blood sweat and tears it was time to show off the Sunshine Coasts newest hip pilates studio.  The VIP night approached quickly, in the background we were planning our shot lists, video story boarding & putting together a team to make it all come together and you know...just flow.

The team from Strong approached us to showcase the VIP event as well as showing off all their hard work all the finer details & the amazing studio that I would guess is now the  grandest of its nature here on the coast.

We had a "strong" team of 6 over the 2 days, capturing video content & photographic's. Shooting the full body workout thats high intensity & low impact! and let me tell you - the brand "STRONG" defiantly lives up to its name!
